About the job
We are looking for a creative and technically sharp Video & Motion Graphics Designer to join our team. You will work closely with graphic designers, writers, and producers to bring ideas to life, from storyboard to final cut.
What you'll do:
- Design and animate long-form videos for e-learning and branded content
- Create motion graphics and visual assets using After Effects and related tools
- Use AI tools such as Midjourney and Runway to develop visuals and speed up production
- Edit and manage multi-clip projects in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Handle color grading and final output. Experience with DaVinci Resolve is a plus
- Stay updated with industry trends and introduce new creative techniques into the workflow
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years of experience in video editing, motion graphics, and animation
- Strong proficiency in (Non-negotiable):
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
Hands-on experience with:
- AI video and image generation tools
- Strong color grading and finishing skills
- Good communication skills in English
- Strong attention to detail and organized file management
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with Autodesk Maya, Blender, Unity, or other 3D tools
