Experience: 2–5 Years
We are looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor (QS) with experience in interior fit-out projects to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- BOQ preparation & quantity take-offs
- Cost estimation & budgeting
- Vendor quotation analysis & rate analysis
- Contractor & client billing verification
- Cost tracking, variations & reporting
- Coordination with design, procurement & execution teams
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of BOQ, estimation & billing
- Experience in commercial/residential interiors
- Knowledge of materials & finishes
- Proficiency in AutoCAD & MS Excel
Qualification: Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying
