We are seeking enthusiastic Assistant Teachers for Classes 1 to 6 who are willing to teach across all subjects. In this role, you will work alongside our Montessori-trained teachers, supporting classroom instruction and helping create an engaging, nurturing learning environment for our students.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist lead Montessori-trained teachers in planning and delivering lessons across all subjects
- Support students in their learning, offering individual and small-group guidance as needed
- Help prepare classroom materials and maintain an orderly, stimulating learning space
- Observe and adapt to the Montessori approach to teaching and classroom management
- Support assessment, record-keeping, and other classroom activities as required
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful classroom atmosphere
Requirements
- Willingness to teach all subjects across Classes 1–6
- Openness to learning the Montessori method and teaching approach
- A genuine interest in working with children and supporting their development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A collaborative attitude and eagerness to grow professionally
Preferred
- Candidates with a background in science are preferred
