- Supervise day-to-day clinic operations, including front office, nursing staff, and support personnel.
- Optimize patient flow, schedule management, and minimize wait times.
- Act as the primary point of contact for patient feedback, service inquiries, and escalations to ensure a high-quality experience.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and strict adherence to data protection standards.
Staff Management
- Recruit, onboard, train, and evaluate the performance of clinical and administrative employees.
- Foster a collaborative team environment and maintain high staff morale.

Financial & Inventory Management
- Develop and monitor the clinic’s operational budget.
- Oversee billing, cash collections, insurance claims, and revenue reporting.
- Monitor and manage inventory, medical consumables, and pharmacy stock.
- Coordinate the purchasing, repair, and maintenance of medical equipment and facility infrastructure.
Compliance & Facility Management
- Ensure strict adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), hygiene standards, and infection control protocols.
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, licensing requirements, and accreditation standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field (Master’s degree is highly preferred by many employers).
- Experience: Typically 3-5+ years in healthcare management or medical clinic operations
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
