Role Overview:
The Program Associate will support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of community development programs while coordinating with stakeholders and beneficiaries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain partnerships with schools, colleges, NGOs, and community organizations.
- Coordinate institutional collaborations, volunteer engagement, and outreach activities.
- Conduct field visits to monitor project implementation and engage with beneficiaries.
- Assist in organizing workshops, awareness campaigns, events, and training programs.
- Support marketing and outreach initiatives through online and offline platforms.
- Represent the organization at meetings, community events, and stakeholder engagements.
- Maintain project records, beneficiary databases, attendance sheets, and activity reports.
- Prepare regular reports, impact stories, and program documentation.
- Assist in monitoring, evaluation, and data collection for organizational projects.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational, documentation, and reporting abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Willingness to travel within Mumbai for field activities.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
