Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell stationery products to retail stores, corporate clients, educational institutions, distributors, and wholesalers. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and expanding the company's market presence.
Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Visit retailers, wholesalers, corporate offices, schools, colleges, and other potential customers to promote stationery products.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals as per company policies.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Ensure regular follow-ups and customer visits.
- Address customer queries, concerns, and service-related issues promptly.
- Collect market feedback and customer requirements.
Market Expansion
- Increase product penetration and market share within the assigned territory.
- Identify competitor activities and provide market intelligence to management.
- Promote new product launches and special sales campaigns.
Order Management & Collections
- Take customer orders and coordinate with the operations team for timely delivery.
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up for collections.
- Ensure accurate reporting of sales activities and customer interactions.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain daily visit reports and sales reports.
- Update customer databases and sales pipelines.
- Submit weekly and monthly performance reports to the Sales Manager.
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–4 years of experience in field sales, FMCG sales, stationery sales, office supplies, or distribution sales.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Excellent presentation and convincing abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of Computers.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in stationery products, office supplies, educational products, printing materials, or FMCG distribution.
- Existing network with retailers, distributors, schools, colleges, or corporate clients will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
