Role Summary Lead GTM, demand generation, events, and product marketing for B2B SaaS/IT products. Own pipeline growth, brand visibility, and team execution. Key Responsibilities • Define and execute GTM & product marketing strategy • Drive lead generation across digital, content, campaigns, and partnerships • Plan and execute events, webinars, and conferences with measurable ROI • Manage and mentor marketing team (direct reportees) • Align with Sales & Product on positioning, messaging, and enablement • Own branding, campaigns, and marketing performance reporting Key KPIs • Marketing-sourced pipeline & revenue contribution • Lead quality and sales acceptance rate • Campaign and event ROI • Product marketing execution (launch readiness, messaging, collateral, adoption support) • Brand visibility and engagement metrics • Team delivery and execution milestones
