We are currently building a talent pool of skilled BIM professionals to support upcoming client requirements.
Job Summary
We are looking for experienced BIM Modellers with strong hands-on expertise in Autodesk Revit. The ideal candidate should have experience in developing accurate BIM models and coordinating multidisciplinary projects while adhering to project standards and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
Prepare Architectural, Structural, or MEP models as per project requirements.
Produce detailed construction and shop/fabrication drawings.
Coordinate BIM models with multidisciplinary teams.
Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks (preferred).
Review and update BIM models based on project revisions.
Ensure compliance with project standards, BIM execution plans, and client specifications.
Participate in coordination meetings and support project documentation.
Deliver high-quality models within project timelines.
Required Skills
Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
Experience in BIM Modelling (Architecture / Structure / MEP).
Knowledge of BIM Coordination.
Experience in Clash Detection (Navisworks preferred).
Experience in preparing Shop/Fabrication Drawings.
Exposure to Scan-to-BIM or As-Built Modelling will be an added advantage.
Good understanding of engineering drawings and construction documentation.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Educational Qualification
B.E. / B. Tech in Civil Engineering.
Experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in BIM Modelling.
Hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit is mandatory.
Preferred Software Skills
Autodesk Revit (Mandatory)
Navisworks (Preferred)
AutoCAD
BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (Preferred)

Pay: From ₹400,000.00 per year
