At QI Spine, copy is not decoration — it’s care, clarity, and conviction.
We’re looking for a Copy Manager who can own content end-to-end across brand, performance, SEO, and patient journeys. This is a player–coach role for someone who can think strategically, write exceptionally, lead creatively, and build deep emotional trust with patients — while still driving measurable growth.
You’ll shape how millions of patients understand pain, treatment, and recovery — with credibility, warmth, and precision.
What You’ll Own
- All patient-facing copy across social, performance ads, landing pages, SEO content,CRM, and in-clinic communication
- Hands-on writing for high-impact social & performance creatives (ads, reels, scripts, CTAs)
- SEO content strategy: condition pages, treatment pages, blogs — balancing search intent with human clarity
- Monthly content planning aligned to brand goals, performance needs, and the patient journey
- Brand love & emotional resonance — ideas that build trust, reduce fear, and humanize the brand (non-negotiable)
- Creative & shoot leadership: scripts, on-set copy direction, doctor & patient stories
- Copy-led art direction, ensuring visuals amplify message and emotion
- Mentorship & quality control for junior writers and freelancers
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
