Position Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Telecaller cum Receptionist to join our Trivandrum branch. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly personality, and the ability to handle both front-desk and telecalling responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and respond to student/parent inquiries regarding study abroad programs.
- Make outbound calls to potential leads and follow up on inquiries to generate walk-ins and appointments.
- Welcome visitors and provide information about Uni Ark’s services and processes.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and walk-ins in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with counselors and other team members for smooth student handling.
- Manage front desk operations including scheduling appointments and maintaining office decorum.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks when required.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam (knowledge of Hindi/Tamil is a plus).
- Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, CRM usage).
- Prior experience in telecalling, front office, or customer service will be an added advantage.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Saturday 9:30 AM -2:00 PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
