Field Business Development Executive (Real Estate Tech / CRM)
Role Overview:
We are hiring a high-performing Field BD Executive to drive sales for our real estate tech / CRM solutions. The ideal candidate comes with prior experience in selling CRM / SaaS products and has a strong understanding of real estate sales workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, meet, and pitch to real estate developers, brokers, and channel partners
Conduct product demos and explain the value proposition of CRM / tech solutions
Generate leads, follow up, and close deals independently
Build strong client relationships and drive repeat business
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
Share on-ground market insights and competitor feedback
Requirements:
Proven experience in business development
Experience in selling CRM / SaaS / tech products is mandatory
Strong understanding of real estate sales processes
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Self-motivated and target-driven

What We’re Looking For:
Has sold CRM / tech products
Understands real estate workflows
Can close deals & drive revenue independently
Location: Chennai, Bangalore (Willing to travel)
Compensation: Fixed + High Incentives
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
