Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients and investors.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve escalated issues promptly.
- Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate branch staff.
- Set performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Foster a positive and target-oriented work environment.
Investment & Financial Services
- Guide clients regarding investment products, savings plans, and financial solutions.
- Coordinate with financial advisors and relationship managers.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with financial industry regulations and company standards.
- Monitor operational risks and implement corrective measures.
- Conduct internal audits and ensure documentation accuracy.
Pay: ₹14,380.32 - ₹48,401.74 per month
