Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and target-oriented Admission Counsellor to join our educational consultancy/team. The candidate will be responsible for guiding students and parents regarding courses, admissions, career opportunities, and enrollment processes. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to achieve daily and monthly admission targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle student inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and social media.
- Guide students and parents about courses, colleges, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Manage daily follow-ups and achieve assigned targets.
- Maintain student databases and update CRM records regularly.
- Support students throughout the admission and enrollment process.
- Coordinate with the marketing and academic team for admission activities.
- Conduct counselling sessions in a professional and friendly manner.
- Assist in organizing seminars, webinars, and promotional events.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills.
- Ability to work in a target-based environment.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Strong convincing and counselling skills preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Fluency in Malayalam and English.
