- Data Management: Inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate records in physical and digital filing systems.
- Documentation & Reporting: Processing invoices, drafting correspondence, and generating daily or weekly reports.
- Administrative Support: Managing office calendars, scheduling appointments, ordering supplies, and handling general day-to-day office organization.
- Interdepartmental Coordination: Assisting the front-office staff by providing the necessary background support and resolving internal issues.
- Compliance & Accounting: Assisting with payroll processing, monitoring compliance with local regulations, and reconciling financial records.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
