Founding CTO
We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Founding CTO with a minimum experience of 2 years to 5 years to join our growing startup and lead the complete technology vision, product development, and engineering team.
The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, startup experience, leadership skills, and the ability to build scalable products from scratch.
Responsibilities
- Lead the complete technology and product development process
- Build and manage the engineering team
- Design scalable system architecture
- Work closely with founders on product strategy and business growth
- Ensure product performance, security, and scalability
- Manage backend, frontend, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure
- Drive innovation and implement modern technologies
Requirements
- Strong experience in software development and system architecture
- Previous startup or product-building experience preferred
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Knowledge of web/mobile application development
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Excellent communication and decision-making abilities
