Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate quality leads.
- Explain company projects, services, and offers professionally.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain strong relationships.
- Schedule site visits and appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Handle customer queries politely and provide appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer conversion.
Eligibility
- Experience: 2–5 years as a Tele Caller, Tele Sales Executive, or similar role.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
- Experience in the real estate industry will be preferred.
