We are currently looking for a passionate, multi-talented Dog Trainer & Boarding Operations Lead to join our pack.
The Role
This is a unique, dynamic role for someone who loves both the science of dog behavior and the day-to-day operations of a premium boarding facility. You will split your time between ensuring our boarding operations run smoothly and conducting specialized training sessions for dogs staying with us (Board & Train, Day Training, or evaluations).
Key Responsibilities
- On-Site Dog Training: Design and execute customized training plans for boarding guests. This includes basic obedience, socialization, puppy manners, and managing mild behavioral issues.
- Boarding Management: Oversee the daily care, feeding, medication administration, and exercise schedules of all boarding dogs.
- Safety & Supervision: Maintain a calm, safe environment. Monitor group play, assess dog temperaments, and prevent/defuse tense situations using positive reinforcement techniques.
- Client Communication: Provide updates to owners, including progress reports, photos, and post-boarding "go-home" sessions to teach owners how to maintain their dog's training.
- Facility Oversight: Ensure kennels, training areas, and play yards are clean, sanitized, and well-maintained alongside the boarding staff.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements)
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of professional dog training experience (preferably utilizing positive reinforcement/balanced, science-based methods).
- Certification: Certification is highly preferred, but proven hands-on experience is a must.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to manage a daily schedule, keep detailed records, and direct boarding attendants when necessary.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to be on your feet for long periods, handle dogs of all sizes/breeds, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends and holidays, as these are our busiest times for boarding.

- Generous Commission: Keep a percentage of all training packages sold on top of your salary pay.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
