Media Planner & Operations Executive

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Media Planner & Operations Executive to support media planning, campaign execution, and operational coordination across digital and traditional media channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing media plans, coordinating campaign launches, monitoring performance, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations to achieve client and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Media Planning
- Assist in developing strategic media plans aligned with client goals and target audiences.
- Conduct market research, audience analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
- Recommend optimal media channels, budgets, and scheduling strategies.
- Prepare media plans, flowcharts, and budget allocations.
- Coordinate with media vendors, publishers, and advertising platforms.
Campaign Operations
- Support end-to-end campaign execution across digital, print, radio, television, and outdoor media channels.
- Ensure timely campaign setup, trafficking, and deployment.
- Monitor campaign performance and delivery metrics.
- Track media spends and reconcile invoices against approved budgets.
- Maintain campaign documentation and reporting systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3years- 4years of experience in media planning, advertising operations, campaign management, or a related role.
