Role: PCB Electronics Assembly Technician
PCB Electronics Assembly Technician is responsible for assembling, soldering, testing, and inspecting printed circuit boards (PCBs) used in drones and embedded electronic systems. The role involves handling electronic components, maintaining quality standards, and supporting production activities.

Responsibility & Deliverables:
- Assemble PCB boards by placing and soldering electronic components as per circuit diagrams and work instructions.
- Perform through-hole and SMD component soldering and desoldering.
- Inspect assembled PCBs for quality, solder joints, and component placement.
- Conduct basic functional testing and troubleshooting of electronic assemblies.
- Identify and replace faulty electronic components during repair and rework.
- Use hand tools, multimeters, soldering stations, and other electronic testing equipment.
- Read and understand PCB layouts, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and assembly drawings.
- Maintain proper documentation of production and testing activities.
- Ensure compliance with ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety practices and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Support inventory management and procurement of electronic components when required.
Skills Required:
- Good soldering and desoldering skills.
- Basic troubleshooting of electronic circuits.
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Ability to identify electronic components and their polarity.
- Strong concentration and patience while handling small components.
- Basic understanding of electronic assembly processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge Required:
- Basic electronics and PCB assembly.
- Knowledge of resistors, capacitors, ICs, connectors, transistors, and other electronic components.
- Familiarity with soldering stations, multimeters, and testing equipment.
- Understanding of ESD precautions and quality inspection procedures.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Qualifications & Experience:
- ITI (Electronics/Electrical), Diploma in Electronics, or equivalent qualification.
- Freshers can apply. Training will be provided by the company.
- Candidates with experience in PCB assembly, soldering, or electronics manufacturing will have an added advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
