Job Summary
The Guest Relationship Executive (GRE) is responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience to all walk-in and scheduled visitors at the project site. The GRE acts as the first point of contact, ensuring smooth visitor management, maintaining records, coordinating with the sales team, and assisting in customer engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities
Visitor Management
- Welcome and greet all walk-in customers and channel partners professionally.
- Maintain the visitor register and CRM records accurately.
- Understand the visitor's requirements and assign them to the appropriate Sales Executive.
- Ensure all customer details are captured before the site visit.
Customer Experience
- Provide information about the project and company.
- Ensure the reception area, sample flat, and experience center are presentable.
- Offer refreshments to visitors as per company guidelines.
- Address basic customer queries politely and professionally.
Sales Coordination
- Coordinate with the Sales Team for customer meetings and site visits.
- Follow up with sales executives regarding customer status.
- Assist in organizing customer events, launches, and promotional activities.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Coordinate with marketing and admin teams for promotional materials.
- Ensure availability of brochures, price lists, booking forms, and other sales collateral.
CRM & Documentation
- Update customer information on a timely basis.
- Maintain records of walk-ins, bookings, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the CRM team for customer documentation whenever required.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Real Estate, Hospitality, Front Office, Customer Service, or a similar role.
Skills Required
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Pleasant personality with professional grooming.
- Customer-centric approach.
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in residential or commercial real estate projects.
- Experience handling walk-in customers and front desk operations.
Working Hours
As per company policy and project site timings, including weekends and public holidays with a weekly off on a rotational basis.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
