What You’ll Do
- Design and lead joyful, age-appropriate learning experiences for children aged 2–6, inspired by the IB approach to inquiry-based learning
- Weave in Indian values, stories, and traditions alongside global best practices
- Use phonics, rhythm, and rhyme to build early language and a love for sounds and stories
- Take learning outdoors — nature walks, sensory play, and exploration are core to how our children learn
- Observe each child closely and celebrate their unique pace of growth
- Build warm, trusting relationships with children, parents, and fellow teachers
- Create a classroom that feels like a second home — safe, stimulating, and full of wonder
What We’re Looking For
- ECCE certification or equivalent, with genuine understanding of child development
- Experience with children aged 2–6 (preferred, not mandatory for the right person)
- 2–3 years of experience with Reggio Emilia, IB, or Inquiry-based approaches strongly preferred
- Familiarity with phonics, rhythm, and rhyme techniques is a big plus
- A heart for nature-based, experiential learning
- Warmth, patience, creativity, and the ability to see the world through a child’s eyes
- Willingness to commute daily to our preschool (mandatory)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Jayanagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
