Roles & Responsibilities
- Visit schools across Chennai to introduce and promote Upfunda SmartBox.
- Meet Principals, Academic Coordinators, and school decision-makers to present the product.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the Founder to conduct workshops and product demonstrations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools and education stakeholders.
- Follow up with schools after initial meetings to move them through the sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with the Founder and internal team to ensure successful workshop scheduling.
- Maintain records of school visits, meetings, and lead status.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and appointment targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (BBA preferred; other bachelor's degrees are also welcome).
- 1–2 years of experience in field sales, marketing, business development, or educational sales.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Tamil.
- Willingness to travel across Chennai on a daily basis.
- Confident, energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Compensation
- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 per month
- Performance Incentive: Up to ₹6,000 per month based on achieving monthly sales and appointment targets.
- Additional Incentive: 5% commission on every successful course enrollment generated through your efforts.
