Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and target-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, build client relationships, and contribute to company growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify potential clients through online research, networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
- Generate qualified leads through calls, emails, social media, and other business development channels.
- Maintain and update prospect databases and CRM systems.
- Schedule meetings and product/service presentations with potential clients.
Sales & Client Acquisition
- Present company products and services to prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements.
- Convert leads into customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries and follow-ups.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project onboarding and delivery.
Market Research & Strategy
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Analyze competitors and market conditions.
- Provide feedback and insights to management regarding customer needs and market demands.
- Support the development of business growth strategies.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Track sales pipeline, opportunities, and conversion rates.
- Update CRM systems with lead and customer information.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
