Hotel Malika Residency, a three-star hotel in Ettumanoor, is inviting applications for multiple Commis Chef positions in the following sections:
* Chinese Cuisine
* South Indian Cuisine
* North Indian Cuisine
This opportunity is open to final-year culinary or hotel-management students, freshers, recent graduates and experienced candidates. Applicants should mention their preferred cuisine while applying.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with food preparation, cooking and plating in the assigned section
* Follow recipes, portion standards and instructions from senior chefs
* Maintain food quality, consistency and presentation
* Keep the workstation and kitchen equipment clean and organised
* Follow food-safety, hygiene and sanitation procedures
* Assist with stock preparation and wastage control
* Work effectively with the kitchen and service teams
Candidate Eligibility
* Final-year culinary or hotel-management students may apply
* Freshers and recent graduates are encouraged to apply
* Experienced candidates are also welcome
* Interest or experience in Chinese, South Indian or North Indian cuisine
* Willingness to learn and work as part of a professional kitchen team
