We are hiring an experienced Medical Transcriptionist to join our team in Kochi for our US-based client clinics in Dallas, Texas. This is a full-time, in-house (office-based) position only. Remote work or work-from-home is not available.Key Responsibilities:Transcribe medical reports, notes, and dictations for US clinics directly into the EHR software Practice Fusion.
Ensure high accuracy and timely completion of transcriptions as per client requirements.
Work in coordination with the US clinic schedule.
Work Schedule:Monday to Saturday (typically 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM Indian time)
Total 9 hours per day including 1-hour break
Timings will adjust according to Daylight Saving Time (DST) in the United States
Work aligns with US clinic hours (Dallas, Texas)
Requirements:Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Medical Transcriptionist
Accuracy rating of 90% or above
Excellent command of English, medical terminology, and US healthcare documentation standards
Proficient in typing with good speed and accuracy
Must be comfortable working night shifts (Indian time) to match US daytime clinic hours
Immediate joiners preferred
Salary:₹25,000 per month and above, depending on experience and performance
