We are seeking a skilled Architecturl Draftsman with hands-on experience in preparing detailed architectural drawings for residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will be proficient in CAD software, possess a strong understanding of architectural standards, and have experience in handling large-scale township projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare working drawings, municipal drawings, and detailed drawings for residential, commercial, and township developments.
- Assist architects and design teams in developing concept plans and execution drawings.
- Ensure all drawings are accurate, clear, and compliant with local building by-laws and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, engineers, and site teams to ensure design intent is met.
- Maintain and update drawing records and documentation.
- Ensure timely delivery of drawings for smooth project execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Minimum Qualification: Diploma in Civil or Diploma in Architecture or B.Tech Architecture
Minimum Job Experience: 1-2 years of experience in drafting for residential, commercial, and township projects.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
