Job Summary
We are hiring Powder Coating Helpers to support the coating line with material handling, part preparation, and shop floor housekeeping. This is an entry-level role and no prior experience is required. Training will be provided to help candidates grow into a Powder Coating Operator role.
Key Responsibilities
Material Handling
- Loading and unloading parts onto racks, trolleys, and conveyor line
Surface Preparation Support
- Assisting in degreasing, cleaning, and pre-treatment tank operations under supervision
Masking & Fixturing
- Masking areas that should not be coated and helping hang parts securely on hooks/fixtures
Post-Coating Operations
- Safely removing cured parts, de-masking, and packing finished jobs to avoid damage
Shop Floor Support
- Maintaining cleanliness of work area
- Following 5S practices
- Collecting powder spillages
- Disposing waste as per EHS norms
Basic Quality Check
- Visually checking for obvious defects such as scratches, dents, or contamination before parts move to packing
Requirements
Must Have
- Minimum 8th pass; 10th pass preferred
- Physically fit to stand 8–10 hours and lift up to 25 kg
- Punctual, disciplined, and able to follow verbal instructions
Good to Have
- Prior experience in factory, warehouse, or manual labor
- Basic understanding of safety practices and PPE usage
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹20,000/month in-hand for freshers; higher for candidates with factory experience
- Benefits: ESI and PF
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
