Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager with strong exposure to the UK market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the HR function, managing a large team, ensuring compliance with UK employment laws, and driving strategic HR initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a large HR team to ensure high performance.
2. UK HR Compliance & Employee Relations
- Ensure compliance with UK employment laws and regulations.
- Handle complex employee relations matters including disciplinary actions, grievances, redundancies, and performance management.
- Liaise with legal advisors when required.
3. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for UK-based roles.
- Develop workforce planning strategies.
- Improve employer branding initiatives.
4. Performance & Talent Management
- Drive performance management frameworks.
- Lead succession planning and talent development programs.
- Identify training needs and oversee L&D initiatives.
5. Compensation & Benefits
- Manage payroll coordination and benefits administration (UK standards).
- Benchmark compensation structures to remain competitive in the UK market.
6. HR Operations & Policy Management
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies and SOPs.
- Maintain accurate HR documentation and reporting.
- Ensure HR systems are effectively managed.
7. Culture & Engagement
- Promote a positive workplace culture.
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Manage employee satisfaction surveys and action planning.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience with exposure to the UK market.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment laws and HR best practices.
- Proven experience managing and leading large HR teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in a multinational organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems.
- CIPD qualification (preferred).
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
