Roles & Responsibilities
1. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Monthly MIS Preparation: Compile, analyse, and present comprehensive monthly MIS reports comparing actual performance against budgeted figures.

Variance Analysis: Identify, investigate, and explain key variances between budget and actuals to support strategic decision-making.

Annual Business Planning: Facilitate and prepare the company’s rolling Annual Business Plan, updating forecasts and projections as business dynamics change.
2. Stakeholder Management & Reporting

Principal Reporting: Act as the primary reporting contact for all Principals, ensuring accurate and timely monthly MIS submissions.

Cross-Department Coordination: Conduct daily follow-ups with all internal departments to collect operational reports, ensuring data integrity and strict adherence to deadlines.
3. Internal Audit (IA) Management

Audit Planning: Collaborate on monthly internal audit schedules, strategically planning and defining the specific areas of operations to be audited by the IA team.

Auditor Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact for internal auditors, facilitating smooth data sharing and ensuring audit queries are resolved promptly.
Skills
- Exceptionally fast and proficient in Excel (formulas, pivots, data modelling) and SAP

Qualified Chartered Accountant with 3 plus years of experience is preferred.

Strong data analytical skills with a sharp eye for trends, variances, and total accuracy under tight deadlines.

Excellent interpersonal and follow-up skills to gather daily data from various departments efficiently.
