Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. The candidate will be responsible for website management, product listings, order processing, inventory updates, customer support, and coordinating with marketing teams to improve online sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update products on Shopify website.
- Create and maintain accurate product listings, descriptions, pricing, and images.
- Process online orders and coordinate dispatch with warehouse teams.
- Monitor inventory and ensure stock availability across online platforms.
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Coordinate with digital marketing team for promotions and campaigns.
- Track website performance, sales reports, and customer behavior.
- Ensure smooth payment gateway and order fulfillment operations.
- Manage marketplace listings (Amazon, Flipkart, IndiaMART, etc.) if required.
- Monitor customer reviews and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Assist in implementing SEO best practices for product pages.
Required Skills
- Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and SEO.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations preferred.
- Freshers with strong e-commerce knowledge may also apply.
