key Responsibilities:
- end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening & coordination)
- managing onboarding & joining formalities
- conducting induction & employee engagement activities
- handling day-to-day hr operations and documentation
- coordinating with internal teams and candidates
What we’re looking for:
- 1–2 years of experience in hr/recruitment
- strong communication and coordination skills
- basic knowledge of hr processes
- proactive and organized approach
