The overall objective of the Relationship Manager is to facilitate and
increase the conversion % of the center by convincing the patients about
the USPs of Ferty9 and it being the best possible option for their pregnancy.
To be comprehensively aware of all the procedures & prices relating to IVF
treatment
To effectively communicate and convey to the patients about our USPs.
To convince the patients on the ability of our company, transparency, and
ethics
To follow up with IVF advised patients to ensure that they take up
procedures with us.
To be a part and analyze & present the data on conversion and the related
work to the Center Manager.
To ensure that the patient gets the right information, support, and advice on
the procedure to be taken.
To measure and achieve the effectiveness of goals set from time to time by
the Management.
To maintain patient focus and answering to their enquiries by using the
SOPs.
To ensure availability of potential IVF Patients during the support group
meet program in coordination with the psychological counsellor.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
