Position: Team Leader – Sales
Industry: Cement / TMT Steel / Paints
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month + Incentives
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Team Leader with experience in the Cement, TMT Steel, or Paints industry. The candidate will be responsible for leading the sales team, achieving sales targets, expanding the dealer and distributor network, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong customer relationships to drive business growth within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Develop dealer, distributor, and retailer networks.
- Increase sales and expand market coverage.
- Build strong relationships with dealers, contractors, and builders.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Ensure timely collections and customer satisfaction.
- Submit daily and monthly sales reports.
Requirements:
- Graduate
- 4–7 years of experience in Cement, TMT Steel, Paints, or Building Materials.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
