Requirements:
- Minimum 2-7years in a similar leadership role (Assistant Manager or Senior Captain) in a fast-paced restaurant or bar environment.
- Proven experience in a bar. You must be comfortable discussing wines, spirits, and cocktails with guests and supervising bar staff.
- Very good English skills are a must. You should be able to understand guest preferences easily and speak clearly to both customers and your team.
- Highly energetic, proactive, and physically active. We are looking for someone who "leads from the front" rather than from an office.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
