Previous Roles: HR Executive / Assistant HR Manager
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee and manage all human resource functions for our company. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of HR experience, preferably in the automobile or manufacturing industry, with strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, statutory compliance, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process for various departments.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.
- Handle employee onboarding, induction, confirmation, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and employee benefits.
- Conduct performance appraisal and employee engagement activities.
- Resolve employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
- Support management in organizational development and workforce planning.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and monthly HR analytics.
- Maintain discipline and workplace culture across departments.

Educational Qualification

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
