Job Description – Post Sales Executive (Real Estate)

Location: Mumbai / Navi Mumbai / Thane
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: 1-5 Years (Real Estate Sales Preferred)
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month + Incentives
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and convert potential clients into buyers through direct sales, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct site visits and property tours for prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored real estate solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
- Negotiate and close deals while ensuring smooth documentation and transaction processes.
- Collaborate with marketing and digital teams to enhance lead generation.
- Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Provide after-sales support and assist clients with property possession and documentation.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in sales (Real Estate preferred).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
