Salary: Up to ₹12 LPA (Based on experience and expertise)
SHIGA PETTALS, with 30+ years of excellence in premium wedding and event décor, is looking for an experienced and highly organized Operations Integrator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Convert client briefs and design concepts into actionable project plans
✅ Coordinate seamlessly between clients, vendors, design teams, and execution teams
✅ Track project progress and proactively address challenges
✅ Develop and maintain SOPs, checklists, and execution systems
✅ Conduct pre-event and post-event reviews
✅ Ensure high-quality execution aligned with premium brand standards
✅ Build team ownership through clarity, accountability, and effective communication
