Job Description
We are looking for a professional and organized Executive Assistant to support senior management with daily administrative and business tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, meetings, and appointments.
- Handle emails, phone calls, and other correspondence.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting schedules.
- Organize files and maintain accurate records.
- Take meeting notes and follow up on action items.
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams professionally.
- Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
- Professional attitude with strong attention to detail.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
