Responsiblities: Responsible for client activation, online revenues, cross-sell and upsell for related products. Responsible for Customer engagement activities and Customer experience on online channels. Coordination with different Departments like Digital Marketing and Operations to ensure smooth transition of work. Handling inbound plus outbound calling process for Online Customers. Understanding of technical analysis and/or algo trading will be an added advantage. NISM Derivatives certificate is a must.
