Role Summary
Lead end-to-end Facilities Management operations for a large-scale corporate site/campus, ensuring seamless delivery of Hard Services, Soft Services, Physical Security, Workplace Services, Safety, Compliance, and Vendor Management. Act as the primary facilities leader for the site, partnering with senior management to deliver operational excellence, cost efficiency, and an exceptional workplace experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage overall site operations including Hard FM, Soft FM, and Physical Security.
Oversee maintenance of critical building infrastructure (HVAC, Electrical, UPS, DG, Fire & Life Safety, BMS, Utilities).
Manage housekeeping, pantry, waste management, pest control, and workplace services.
Lead security operations, access control, CCTV monitoring, and emergency response preparedness.
Drive vendor and contract management, ensuring SLA/KPI compliance.
Manage budgets, cost optimization initiatives, and financial performance.
Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, environmental, and corporate standards.
Partner with senior stakeholders and provide regular operational reviews and performance reporting.
Lead business continuity, risk management, and crisis response activities.
Build, lead, and develop high-performing facilities and operational teams.
Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related discipline.
10-15+ years of Facilities Management experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
Proven experience managing large-scale corporate campuses, GCCs, technology parks, manufacturing facilities, or multi-building environments.
Strong expertise in Integrated Facilities Management (IFM), physical security, compliance, and vendor management.
Experience managing large operational teams and multiple service providers.
