- Oversee the overall operations and performance of the branch.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve student enrollment and revenue targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, partner university requirements, and industry regulations.
- Monitor branch performance and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Manage branch budgets, expenses, and operational efficiency.
Student Recruitment & Counseling
- Guide students regarding study abroad opportunities, university selection, admissions, and visa processes.
- Ensure high-quality counseling services and student satisfaction.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective students, parents, schools, colleges, and educational institutions.
- Monitor student conversion rates from inquiry to enrollment.
Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise counselors, sales executives, and administrative staff.
- Set performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Foster a positive, target-oriented, and customer-focused work environment.
- Conduct team meetings and training sessions to improve productivity and service quality.
Business Development
- Develop partnerships with educational institutions, universities, and corporate organizations.
- Identify new market opportunities and implement marketing initiatives to increase student enrollments.
- Organize seminars, education fairs, webinars, and promotional events.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
Client Relationship Management
- Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the student journey.
- Handle escalated student and parent concerns professionally and effectively.
- Maintain strong relationships with university representatives and overseas partners.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in the education consultancy or study abroad industry.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in a managerial or branch leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of international admissions, visa procedures, and overseas education systems.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and enrollment targets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field.
- Experience working with universities and international education partners in countries such as United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, United States, and New Zealand.
- Certification in counseling, leadership, or education management is an advantage.
