Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales reports.
- Handle billing, payment follow-ups, and account reconciliation.
- Maintain customer records and transaction details using ERP systems.
- Perform accounting and financial data entry using Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Process purchase orders, sales orders, inventory, and GST-related transactions in Tally.
- Coordinate with finance, sales, and operations teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Prepare periodic sales and financial reports for management.
- Resolve customer queries and provide effective after-sales support.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and customer relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime and ERP software.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles, GST, invoicing, and bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other MS Office applications.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment.
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
