Job Summary
We are hiring Desktop Support Engineer / Technical Support Executives to assist international customers with software installation, activation, troubleshooting, and system-related assistance via remote desktop tools. The candidate should have good technical knowledge of Windows systems and strong customer handling skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with software installation and activation
- Provide troubleshooting support for Windows-based issues
- Take remote desktop sessions (with customer consent) to resolve issues
- Guide customers through software usage and setup
- Document support actions and resolutions in CRM
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior team when required
- Maintain professional communication and customer satisfaction
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Windows OS & Device troubleshooting
- Experience using remote desktop tools
- Basic understanding of drivers, antivirus, and PC performance issues
- Good English communication skills
- Ability to work night shift (US time zone)

Preferred
- Experience in International Support / BPO
- Diploma or degree in IT / Computer Science (preferred but not mandatory)
