- Lead the design and development of architectural projects, ensuring innovation and practicality.
- Manage projects across all stages: concept design, schematic design, detailed design, and construction documentation.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and landscape consultants for integrated project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and statutory regulations.
- Review and approve drawings, specifications, and material selections.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and design teams.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and design reviews.
- Oversee site execution, ensuring adherence to design intent and quality standards.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Identify risks and implement solutions to avoid project delays or cost overruns.
