Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and manage distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and key accounts.
- Identify and acquire new customers within the assigned territory.
- Ensure product availability and visibility across retail outlets.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Implement trade promotions, product launches, and marketing campaigns.
- Maintain strong relationships with distributors and retail partners.
- Collect market intelligence and customer feedback to support business growth.
- Coordinate with the Supply Chain and Logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery.
- Prepare daily sales reports, market visit reports, and sales forecasts.
- Monitor collections and ensure timely payment from customers.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and dealer meets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in FMCG sales and marketing.
- Experience in handling distributors and retail networks is preferred.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
