We are looking for a passionate and energetic Mechanical Engineer to join our team and contribute to our manufacturing and product development activities.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day production activities in the factory.
- Plan and improve manufacturing processes for better productivity.
- Prepare and interpret engineering drawings using AutoCAD/SolidWorks (preferred).
- Assist in designing and developing new products and machinery.
- Coordinate with production, purchase, quality, and maintenance teams.
- Ensure product quality and adherence to manufacturing standards.
- Identify process improvements to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
- Monitor machine performance and support preventive maintenance activities.
- Solve production and technical issues on the shop floor.
- Maintain production reports and documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- 0–5 years of experience in manufacturing or fabrication industries.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge are encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge of fabrication, sheet metal, welding, and machine operations is an advantage.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to work on the factory floor.
- Ability to learn quickly and take ownership of responsibilities.
