Tour & Itinerary Management – Planning, scheduling, and overseeing tours, packages, and travel logistics (transport, accommodation, activities).
Vendor & Supplier Coordination – Liaising with hotels, airlines, transport providers, guides, and activity operators to secure bookings and resolve issues.
Team Supervision – Managing ground staff, guides, drivers, and customer support teams; ensuring shift coverage and performance standards.
Customer Experience & Problem Resolution – Handling real-time complaints, delays, booking errors, or emergencies (e.g., lost luggage, last-minute cancellations).
Budget & Cost Control – Monitoring operational expenses, negotiating contracts, and optimizing routes/packages for profitability.
Compliance & Safety – Ensuring all tours meet local regulations, safety standards, insurance requirements, and visa/documentation protocols.
Process Improvement – Streamlining booking systems, feedback loops, and SOPs to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Key Skills Required
Organizational & Multitasking Juggling multiple tours, timelines, and teams simultaneously
Communication Coordinating with vendors, staff, and international clients
Problem-Solving Quick thinking when plans go wrong (weather, cancellations, overbooking)
Tech Savvy : IB/CRS/GDS systems, booking platforms, MS Office, ERP tools
Negotiation Getting the best rates from suppliers and partners Customer Service Empathy and professionalism under pressure
Language Skills English + regional/local languages (big plus)
