Job Title: Manager – Abroad Education / Overseas Education
Department: Abroad Education
Experience: 3–8 years in overseas education, study-abroad counselling, admissions, or education consulting
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the overseas education department.
- Lead and mentor education counsellors and admissions staff.
- Guide students regarding universities, courses, countries, eligibility, and career opportunities.
- Handle student counselling from initial enquiry through admission and visa processing.
- Develop and maintain relationships with foreign universities, colleges, and institutional partners.
- Monitor student applications, offer letters, tuition-fee payments, and enrolment processes.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of university applications and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with visa and documentation teams to improve visa success rates.
- Track team performance, student conversions, applications, and admissions.
- Conduct training sessions for counsellors on universities, courses, admission requirements, and visa updates.
- Resolve student/parent concerns and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
- Support marketing activities, seminars, education fairs, webinars, and university events.
- Prepare regular reports on enquiries, applications, admissions, revenue, and team performance.
- Ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory requirements.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree; education/management background preferred.
- Strong knowledge of study-abroad destinations such as the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Ireland, and Europe.
- Excellent counselling, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Strong knowledge of university admissions and international student processes.
- Ability to manage targets and lead a team.
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with CRM/admissions management systems is an advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
