Job Summary
The Manager – PPC is responsible for planning, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring production activities to ensure on-time delivery while optimizing resources, inventory, and production efficiency.
- Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer orders and sales forecasts.
- Prepare and monitor production schedules to ensure timely completion of orders.
- Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials, components, and packaging materials.
- Work closely with production teams to optimize machine utilization, manpower, and production capacity.
Desired profile of the candidate
- 5–10 years of experience in Production Planning & Control in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in sports goods or similar industries is preferred.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Production, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or a related field.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
