Role Overview
Responsible for delivering smooth, high-quality table service and supporting the restaurant staff in managing floor operations during assigned shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned tables and ensure prompt, courteous service.
- Take orders accurately and coordinate with kitchen and bar.
- Maintain cleanliness, table setup, and service standards throughout the shift.
- Assist in guiding junior staff and trainees on the floor.
- Handle basic guest queries and escalate concerns when needed.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in F&B service.
- Good communication and guest-handling skills.
- Knowledge of restaurant SOPs and service etiquette.
- Willing to work rotational shifts including weekends.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
